Our trip to polonia airport take about one hours, it a very short hours compare to my other trip. In the airplane we are serve with snack and drink from firefly crew member. My hubby took out his HTC and let me watch "THOR" movie in the airplane. Time past very fast. As soon as we reach the airport we are greet by the tour representative. Then we are taken to lovely holiday bus and there we start our journey to Lake Toba. It take about 6 hours from the airport to Lake Toba. Along the trip we are taken to simpang tiga restaurant for our lunch. The food is so so only, then we continue our journey. We stop by a chinese temple and biscuit shop to look around. My hubby actually by two kind of biscuit and i bought one box of "ROCKY" strawberry taste. Along the way we pass through the local house, farm and etc. The local people is call kaum "BATAK" and most of them are Christian. The most weird or interesting thing about this kaum is that the buried their ancestor near their living area. This is to prevent their grandchildren from selling the house or the land they live in. Finally we reach our hotel its call Danau Toba International cottage. My hubby was not really happy with the hotel because it not clean and the equipment is not maintain well. First night there was not good at all. Even though our house view is directly to the lake but it is full of mosquito and the room does not have air conditioner or fan. We don't really sleep well that night and my hubby mood is really bad after we woke up.
